Job Description
As a Student Ambassador you have the opportunity to get involved with many different types of work allowing you to develop skills you already have as well as gain new ones. An ambassador is the institute’s representative to a specific event. An effective ambassador has to be a strong leader—a good manager, a resilient person, and a respected representative of his/her own institute. He/she must manage all the team’s that approach from his/her institute and is held responsible for any action committed by any individual under the wing of his/her ambassadorship. He/she will communicate between the event management and the teams of his/her institute. He/she must ensure the presence of all the individuals under his wing at the event at the exact time given from the management of the event. He/she will lead each team under his/her wing to ensure to keep the name of the institute from which the belong to greatness.
Responsibilities
He/she will report to the management team of the event on the given time with all his teams.
He/she will become a communication bridge between the management and his/her teams from the institute.
He/she will look after any problems or mishaps which are related to his/her teams and will solve them with the help of the management.
He/she will ensure the presence of the individuals under his/her wing in the event.
He/she will make sure the good conductance of the event through the good behavior from his/her team.
Student ambassadors should be friendly and maintain a warm, approachable personality.
He/she will represent it’s institute, he/she must have these traits, being reliable, possessing a positive attitude, being skilled at conversation, being able to enjoy talking to strangers, and being able to think on your feet.
Qualifications
- He/she must be a legally enlisted student of the institute from which he requires to become an ambassador.
